| Release of the First Phase of Data |

| From October through December 2005, Tierra Solutions took sediment samples throughout Newark Bay and into portions of the Hackensack River and Arthur Kill as part of their Phase 1 Remedial Investigation work. Click here to see the validated data from this effort and the sample location map. A Phase 2 sediment sampling work plan is expected to be submitted by the end of September 2006. |
